What does "research use only" mean?
Every product is a laboratory reference standard supplied solely for in-vitro research, not for human or veterinary use, and not a drug, food, supplement, cosmetic, or medical device.
Is a Certificate of Analysis available?
Certificates are published in the COA Library as each lot's report is issued, each matched to its lot number. Read a report for the analyses performed and the measured results, before or after purchase.
How do I pay?
At checkout you choose a payment method and send the order total directly to us. After you place the order, email us a screenshot of your payment as proof. Your order is reserved and ships once we confirm payment. No card is charged on the site.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. A shipping error (damage in transit, the wrong item, or a confirmed lost parcel) is replaced, never refunded. See our Refund Policy.
Who can purchase?
You must confirm you are at least 21 and a qualified researcher (or authorized to buy for a research institution). This is recorded with every order.
